Green port governance is an emerging and recent restructuring process influencing authorities regarding adopting recurring sustainable practices within their business models. However, contemporary academic bias towards a particular aspect of practice leads to publication results fragmentation difficulty in collective assessment the conclusions. The lack holistic research endeavors hinders identification organized, specific, goal-oriented factors indispensable for coherently directing ports green transitions.
